This review of the Joshua Tree gig (by the organizers of the show) is not unfavorable:

Man, glad to share the love for that instrument. It’s magic. The tone is perfect up high and down low with this crazy nasal sound in the midrange. Totally loud. Ballsy.
The one thing weak about it is no legato at all. It’s chunky and percussive, always.
What about the car keys?
The keys were a disaster that didn’t happen. They hung on the edge without making an escape until I noticed them. Which is good because it’s not easy to get AAA to come in the desert, where cells don’t work.
